Dear Dance Families,
As you begin our Dance Program, please take a moment to review our studio expectations and policies. These guidelines help ceate a psotive learning environment for all dancers and ensure that our program runs smoothly.
Studio Rules
All dancers are expected to:
Arrive on time to classes.
Wear proper dance attire and appropiate dance shoes to every class.
Have hair neatly secured away from the face.
Show respect to instructors, fellow dancers, and studio property at all times.
No gum chewing during class.
No cell phones permitted during class time unless authorized by the instructor.
Failure to follow studio rules may result in disciplinary action, including removal from class if necessary.
Tuition & Fee Policy
Tuition payments are due on the 5th of every month, and must be paid promptly.
A $10 late fee will be added to any tuition payment that is overdue.
If tuition remains unpaid for more than one month, your dancer will be removed from class participation until the account is brought current.
All outstanding balances from the previous season must be paid in full before your dancer may begin summer classes.
Throughout this past season, I have made every effort to accommodate families by allowing dancers to continue participating while balance remained unpaid. Unfortunatley, there are still outstanding tuition and competition fees that have not been collected.
Please understand that this studio is a buisness. In order to continue providing quality dance instruction, I must meet my own financial obligations, including studio rent, utilities, competition registrations, and other operating expenses. Because of these responsibilities, I will, be enforcing payment policies more strictly moving forward.
